Job Descriptions: Lead a team of Mechanical Supervisors and contractors to execute plant modifications and civil works, ensuring timely completion, adherence to safety standards, and minimal disruption to plant operations. Coordinate closely with plant operators and maintenance teams to safely carry out plant modification works while preserving facility integrity. Provide engineering support for troubleshooting and resolving plant issues. Conduct engineering studies, prepare cost estimates, and oversee the execution of plant modifications and projects aimed at enhancing performance and reliability. Collaborate with Purchasing to prepare bidding documents, perform technical evaluations, and select contractors for major engineering projects. Organize and deliver training programs for staff and contractors to improve skills and competencies. Implement and maintain management systems in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SS506, HAZOP, and Safety Case standards. Ensure proper documentation and archiving of as-built drawings, work procedures, and engineering specifications. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering or Electrical Engineering. 2 to 3 years of experience in fixed equipment and piping work, preferably within the petrochemical, oil, or gas industries. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contractors. Proven ability to work collaboratively with a strong team spirit.
