Adecco is partnering with a world leader in industrial gases, technologies and services for industry. Job Summary This role combines technical drafting with document management responsibilities. You will be responsible for producing precise 2D/3D engineering drawings using AutoCAD while overseeing the control, organization, and distribution of departmental documents. The role is critical in ensuring accuracy, quality, and full traceability of engineering data from initial design to final handover to the maintenance team. Key Responsibilities Technical Drafting & 3D Modeling Develop and prepare engineering drawings, including P&IDs, isometrics, general arrangements (GAs), and pipe support details. Create and manage 3D models of pipelines, equipment, and metering skids to support design reviews and clash detection. Conduct quality checks to ensure drawings comply with project standards on numbering, formatting, and revisions. Document Control & Management Implement and manage project documentation using Google Drive. Administer the Excavation Application Portal and prepare pipeline drawings for third‐party contractors. Register, track, and distribute all incoming and outgoing pipeline drawings. Revision & As‐Built Management Revise and update drawings based on approved markups and engineering changes. Manage the "as-built" process by incorporating field data into final drawings and ensuring proper documentation and distribution. Work closely with project and maintenance engineers to resolve design issues and validate drawing accuracy. Generate and circulate document status reports and transmittals to keep stakeholders updated. Oversee the final compilation and archiving of all project documentation for official handover. Qualifications & Skills Education : Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Design, or a related technical field. Experience : 1‐2 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or energy sectors in Singapore. Proven hands‐on drafting experience and strong knowledge of document control practices. Technical Proficiency : AutoCAD skills (2D and 3D). Familiarity with EDMS platforms (e.g., Aconex, Google Drive, or similar). Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Basic knowledge of process piping and E&I system design. Skills & Attributes : Meticulous attention to detail with strong accuracy in drafting and administrative work. Excellent organizational and time‐management abilities. Systematic, process‐oriented, and highly reliable in managing information.
