Job Description Summary
You will perform visual and dimensional inspections according to written quality plans on incoming, in-process, and finished engine components.

Site Overview:
Our advanced facilities in Singapore have led aerospace innovation across Asia Pacific for over 40 years. We leverage smart factory technologies, robotics, and additive manufacturing, with GEAESS handling over 60% of our global repair volume for engine components.
Role Overview:
Ensure parts meet quality specifications
Maintain proper work clearance, correctness, and completeness
Prevent non-conforming parts from moving forward
Support manufacturing and quality system engineers in evaluations and audits
Collect and feedback inspection data
Perform visual & dimensional inspections and manage parts area
Conduct scheduled maintenance and housekeeping tasks
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience in QC for aircraft engine components repair
Proficient with precision measuring instruments
Required Qualifications:
Diploma in Mechanical, Precision, or Manufacturing Engineering
Ability to read and understand manufacturing operation sheets and SOPs in English
Preferred Qualifications:
CAAS Air Legislation Paper L11, L12, or C14 (preferred)
Knowledge of flaws and defects
Ability to interpret blueprints
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Team player
