Job Overview As a Wellness Education Specialist, you will play a key role in elevating Technogym's brand through impactful education, training, and community engagement. You will empower our internal teams, B2B partners, and end consumers with in-depth product knowledge and training excellence, while building a strong network of certified personal trainers and wellness advocates. This role combines elements of education, coaching, event coordination, customer experience, and community activation. You are passionate about fitness, wellness, and inspiring others through knowledge. A confident trainer and communicator, you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy engaging with diverse audiences, and are committed to raising the standard of wellness education across markets. Responsibilities 1. Internal Product Education for Sales Teams Lead ongoing product education and training initiatives for the local sales team throughout the year. Ensure all sales team members complete Technogym's product storytelling assessments and maintain a minimum performance score of 8 across all products. Identify underperforming team members (those scoring below 8) and conduct targeted training sessions to elevate their product understanding. Maintain a personal product knowledge rating of no less than 9 (as assessed by the Regional Education & Training Manager) in order to qualify for delivering storytelling assessments. 2. Customer Training & Education (B2B & B2C)Provide quarterly product refreshers and ongoing training to key
