You will coordinate across teams to ensure smooth administrative processes and effective communication among students, educators, and consultants, contributing directly to student satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities - Deliver excellent student support by resolving learning-related issues and coordinating between product teams and academic departments. - Manage new student onboarding, maintain accurate student records, and facilitate communication with relevant stakeholders. - Monitor student progress and provide tailored learning advice to encourage course renewal and referrals. - Organize and oversee student learning schedules, including course arrangements and adjustments, ensuring accountability for course consumption. - Handle administrative tasks related to student learning processes such as process facilitation, coordination, and complaint resolution. - Participate in departmental training and assessments, providing timely feedback. Requirements - Bachelors degree or higher; - Eligible to work in Singapore (Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident). - Minimum 2 years experience in academic operations or student management within an educational institution. - Strong communication skills with clear, logical expression and a high sense of responsibility. - Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages, with ability to communicate effectively in a bilingual environment.
