Manager, Programme Governance and Standards
Job Purpose
The Manager, Programme Governance and Standards, plays a key role in ensuring that learning programmes align with the organisation’s objectives and, where applicable, conform to the SkillsFuture and Workplace Learning Frameworks. This position is also responsible for the efficient administration of learning processes within the organisation’s Learning Management System. Key duties include providing administrative support for course enrolments, grants, fees, and other learning and development-related matters. The individual in this role is expected to uphold high standards of work and ensure strong governance of all related processes.
Responsibilities
Organize, oversee, and manage learning records data, including generating learning reports through the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS).
Manage the accreditation of learning programs in accordance with the current Skills Framework (SFw).
Ensure instructional designs are aligned with the National Workplace Learning Framework.
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage internal and external course enrolments, along with their associated learning records.
Drive pedagogical innovation by leveraging new technology and media to create engaging and effective learning experiences that support the Worker 4.0 initiative.
Oversee the quality assurance of learning programs and assess their effectiveness. Engage stakeholders to ensure programs meet their needs.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively contributing to and participating in Kaizen ideas, activities, and programs.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Work Experience
A recognised Degree/Diploma with minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant discipline.
Good knowledge and understanding of SkillsFuture framework and WSQ accreditation process.
Experienced in the field of training and facilitation.
Skills
An independent, pro-active, creative, and collaborative team player.
Possesses good analytical, communication and people management skills.
Ability to work and deliver under tight timeline.
Proficient in Microsoft applications.
Experience in Learning Management System such as Success Factors, AvePoint, preferred.
Experience in Adult Education Instructional Design and OJT Blueprint development.
Experience in developing engaging and effective learning models.
Experience in Python programming is an advantage.
