Whether it's empowering global organizations or partnering with innovative startups, we are dedicated to delivering advanced solutions that address today's most complex challenges.As a Data Modeller at Xenon7, you will play a crucial role in supporting enterprise-wide data governance and metadata management initiatives, with a strong emphasis on Collibra proficiency. Your responsibilities will include designing and maintaining conceptual, logical, and physical data models, ensuring alignment with business requirements, regulatory standards, and metadata guidelines within Collibra. Working closely with metadata specialists, developers, and business stakeholders, you will contribute to establishing high-quality data architecture and governance practices across the enterprise landscape.Key Responsibilities:- Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models to drive enterprise data initiatives.- Establish mappings of business terms and definitions to technical metadata within Collibra.- Define and uphold data modelling standards, naming conventions, and metadata lineage structures.- Collaborate with Data Governance and IT teams to implement data modelling best practices.- Assist in the ingestion and enrichment of metadata in Collibra, encompassing technical lineage and business context.- Aid in the migration or integration of metadata from legacy or external systems into Collibra.- Validate model accuracy and ensure alignment with business rules and downstream system requirements.- Recommend enhancements and automation strategies for metadata mapping, lineage documentation, and stewardship workflows.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.- Proven experience as a Data Modeller or Data Architect in enterprise environments.- Hands-on experience with Collibra, covering data domains, business glossary, and lineage mapping.- Strong grasp of metadata management, data governance, and data cataloging practices.- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data warehousing principles.- Experience working with relational databases and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.) is advantageous.- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and business teams to capture data requirements and translate them into models.- Previous exposure to pharmaceutical or highly regulated industries is a plus.,
