Research and Development Position
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Air Traffic Management (ATM) systems and/or aviation.
The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting research on optimization techniques and machine learning models relevant to transportation systems. They will also collect, process, and analyze air traffic data relevant to the project.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop or use existing simulation platforms to validate the developed algorithms and models.
  • Analyze simulation data and create visualizations to support research findings.
  • Design and build prototypes or intelligent tools.
  • Collaborate effectively with industry and academic partners to integrate AI models into ATM decision support systems.
  • Participate in project meetings, prepare research reports, and contribute to high-impact publications in leading academic conferences and journals.
Requirements:
  • Degree / Advanced degree in Optimization, Artificial Intelligence, Software, Transportation or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Evidence of creation of predictive algorithms using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning applied to domains that use, among other data, historical data, to train the AI/ML model
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C/C++.
  • Good English writing and communication skills for research work.
  • Proactive and a self-starter
  • Independent and team player
  • Singaporean Citizenship
