Qualifications
Proven experience in graphic design, ideally with work for non-profits, NGOs, or mission-led organizations.
Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create clear, engaging visual assets.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
Strong communication skills to understand creative briefs and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Reliability in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
Flexibility to take on additional design tasks as the organization's needs evolve.
