Responsibilities
Design high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual assets for social media platforms
Manage the company's visual branding and ensure consistency across channels
Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media accounts
Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and maintain brand tone of voice
Suggest creative campaigns and strategies to strengthen online presence
Track performance metrics and adjust designs and posts to optimize reach
Collaborate with the owner to align visuals and messaging with company goals
Skills and Requirements
Senior-level experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of digital and social media work
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar)
Knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Ability to design visually appealing and platform-optimized content
Strong understanding of branding, typography, and digital storytelling
Experience managing social media calendars, scheduling tools, and analytics
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
Remote availability for part-time contract work with flexible scheduling
