Publish research papers in top-ranked international peer-reviewed journals and other forms ofpublication within the research community. Establish collaborations with local/overseas research institutions. Participate in development opportunities to improve research and supervision skills. Teaching Design, plan, and implement effective and inclusive teaching arrangements and learningactivities for undergraduate- and graduate-level courses face-to-face and/or through virtualdelivery. Develop, design and continuously improve curriculum plans, course outlines, evaluationprocedures and instruments to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensurestudent engagement. Provide guidance and supervision to graduate and undergraduate students. Seek student feedback on teaching through questionnaires or other sources and respondconstructively to such feedback. Contribute to the School's internal review and the external accreditation of subjects andprogrammes. Service Participate in departmental meetings and in other committees and working groups as required. Undertake specific departmental roles and management functions as required. Provide academic support to other faculty members. Participate in the School's outreach/admission-related events and activities to raise awarenessof the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering degree programmes. Contribute to the University's academic community through developing and organisingseminars/conferences.
