Innovators in our field, we lead the way in exploring new concepts, approaches, processes, materials and components.Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a **Hardware senior Engineer** on our Hardware Engineering Team in TWN or Singapore.**What you’ll achieve**As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for providing solutions to a variety of problems of certain scope and complexity by following standard engineering practices and using judgment within defined practices and procedures. You will build, test and modify hardware product prototypes, and determine power requirements. You will also plan, organizes and conduct technical projects within new orenhanced hardware products or systems.**You will:**• Demonstrate self-initiative and implement work plans and schedules• Perform, design and develop engineering assignments related to hardware products and systems, including development of new products or updates to existing products• Ensure applicability of component design and conformity of products and disciplines to established standards as well as specifications• Understand and adhere to cost targets established during the program design phase• Use tools appropriately with technical guidance and complete tasks as well as assignments under normal supervision**Take the first step towards your dream career**Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:**Essential Requirements**• 3 to 8 years of related experience• Proficiency in hardware (EE, ME) or Firmware• Understand the fundamental schematic, layout, CAD, Pro-E or related engineering tools.• Ability to process information and draw accurate conclusions by applying fundamental knowledge of engineering concepts.• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
