**Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Hardware Engineer to join our client and play a critical role in the development of innovative electronic systems. In this role, you will drive the complete product lifecycle, from concept to production, ensuring the successful delivery of cutting-edge hardware solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Definition & Design**:Translate product requirements into detailed technical specifications and system architectures.
Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including schematics, layouts, Gerber files, and verification reports.
- **Technical Leadership & Collaboration**:Lead and manage the hardware design process, collaborating effectively with in-house design teams, ODMs, and OEM suppliers.
Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring timely and effective resolution of design challenges.
Foster strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams (software, mechanical, manufacturing) and stakeholders.
- **Quality & Compliance**:Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical safety and regulatory standards (e.g., EMC, safety).
Optimize designs for thermal performance and power efficiency.
- **Project Management**:Manage all development projects in accordance with company processes and timelines.
Track project progress, identify and resolve roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in hardware design.
- Strong foundation in digital and analog electronics, including:Microprocessor systems (e.g., ARM, x86)
Memory systems (DDR, NAND, SRAM)
Communication interfaces (USB, Ethernet, I2C, SPI, RS-485)
Power electronics and thermal management
High-speed digital design and signal integrity
- Proficiency in PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD)
- Experience with embedded systems design and development.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with firmware development (bootloaders, BSPs).
- Knowledge of FPGA/CPLD design and implementation.
- Experience with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for test (DFT).Experience with 3D modeling and mechanical design considerations.
