Our primary platform for quick communication, both internally and externally. Slack enables us to collaborate in real-time, share updates, and maintain an open line of communication with clients and team members, fostering a dynamic and responsive work environment.
Google Workspace:
We rely on Google Workspace for document creation, storage, and collaboration. Tools like Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Google Colab facilitate efficient data management, collaborative editing, and seamless sharing of information.
Webflow:
Our go-to tool for marketing website development. Webflow allows us to design, build, and launch responsive websites quickly, providing our clients with high-quality, visually appealing online presences.
Figma:

What a week would look like?
Monday :
Join the team meeting to discuss the week’s objectives and receive assignments
Start working on foundational work for the week ahead.
Tuesday:
Participate in the morning stand-up meeting to update the team on progress and outline tasks for the day.
Focus on CRM enrichment, adding detailed information and categorising prospects based on recent interactions.
Work on initial drafts for new outreach campaigns, brainstorming target audiences and key messages.
Join the stand-up meeting to share updates and receive guidance from the senior business developer or CEO.
Continue developing outreach campaigns, finalising content and scheduling initial sends.
Collaborate with the teams to refine sales materials and align them with current strategies.
Thursday :
Attend the stand-up meeting to discuss any roadblocks or necessary adjustments to the week’s strategy.
Conduct follow-ups on outreach campaigns, analysing responses and adjusting tactics as needed.
Engage in additional CRM maintenance, ensuring all new data from outreach efforts is accurately captured.
Friday :
Participate in the stand-up meeting to review the week’s accomplishments and set preliminary goals for the next week.
Finalise updates to sales materials and ensure all CRM updates are complete.
Prepare a brief report on the week’s activities, including outreach campaign results and potential leads for further development.
