Finance Manager (Group Consolidation // Treasury)
Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team
About our client
Our client is a private energy technology company operating in Singapore's rapidly expanding renewable energy sector.
What you'll be doing?
Lead Financial Reporting:
Spearhead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports across the group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international standards.
Drive Consolidation:
Manage multi-entity consolidation across Asia and Europe, adhering to IFRS and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
Ensure Statutory Compliance:
Oversee corporate tax computation, filing, and manage relationships with external auditors to maintain regulatory compliance.
Optimize Treasury Operations:
Take charge of banking operations, FX exposure, and cash flow forecasting to support the company's financial health.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with operations, project, legal, and HQ finance teams to align financial strategies and drive business growth.
Who are they looking for?
Qualified Professional:
Hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, along with professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CA).
Experienced Leader:
Bring 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3-4 years in corporate finance (debt structuring, M&A, capital raising), with a track record of success in multinational environments.
International Expertise:
Demonstrate strong experience in multi-entity consolidation, financial reporting, and navigating cross-border finance functions.
Technical Proficiency:
Showcase knowledge of IFRS, SFRS, regional tax rules, and proficiency in accounting systems and reporting tools.
Flexible Traveler:
Be willing to travel occasionally for international finance support and stakeholder engagement.
