As an SEO Specialist, your core responsibilities will include ensuring the quality and performance of SEO services, developing effective SEO strategies, managing the team in the absence of the Team Lead, providing excellent client servicing, and conducting training sessions for the SEO team on the latest practices as needed.You should have a strong ability to analyze and interpret website traffic data, modify complex SEO reports, and create innovative SEO strategies to enhance client visibility online. Effective communication and presentation skills are essential for effectively conveying SEO strategies to clients and managing their expectations, particularly during escalations.The role requires you to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple deadlines with ease, and maintain excellent relationships with clients. It is important to stay updated on the latest industry trends and changes to ensure the company remains competitive in the market. Identifying and optimizing weak processes within the team will also be part of your responsibilities.This full-time position offers a flexible schedule, leave encashment, paid sick time, and the option to work from home. The work schedule is during day shifts from Monday to Friday, with the opportunity for a performance bonus.
