The role requires close collaboration with freight forwarders, customs officers, and warehouse operators to ensure the efficient flow of goods, accurate documentation, and timely delivery schedules. Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and monitor logistics activities to ensure smooth coordination of import/export operations. Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and FTZ authorities for cargo movement and clearance. Prepare and verify shipping documentation (CIPL, BL, AWB, permits, etc.) to ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations. Monitor production and dispatch schedules to align with warehouse and vessel timelines. Track cargo status and ensure proper coordination between warehouse, transporters, and customer service teams. Implement process improvements to optimize workflow, reduce lead times, and enhance efficiency. Ensure data accuracy in warehouse management systems and maintain up-to-date shipment records. Supervise loading/unloading operations and ensure safety and documentation standards are met. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics coordination, production planning, or warehouse management. Well-versed with operations and regulatory procedures in Keppel Distripark FTZ and/or Jurong Port FTZ. Knowledge of shipping documentation, customs clearance, and port operations is essential. Proficiency in logistics systems and MS Office applications. Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced logistics environment.
