We currently enroll students in Business, Hospitality Management, and Logistics courses. Responsibilities Conduct lectures, tutorials, and assessments in assigned subjects. Develop and update course materials in line with curriculum standards. Provide academic support and consultation to students. Prepare assessment papers and mark student scripts. Assist in planning and coordinating academic timetables and schedules. Support program administration including student records, attendance, and grading. Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth academic delivery. Prepare and maintain documentation required for EduTrust certification and other regulatory audits. Ensure academic policies and procedures are followed consistently. Participate in internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Support the Head of Department in academic planning and reporting. Coordinate with lecturers and administrative staff to ensure operational efficiency. Monitor classroom usage, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance. Promote a positive learning environment and uphold discipline. Participate in academic meetings, training, and professional development activities. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or Logistics. At least 3–5 years of relevant working experience. ACTA, ACLP, SDALT teaching qualification is an added advantage. Strong passion for teaching and ability to share industry experience. Current knowledge of modern teaching methods and strategies. Student‐oriented with strict attendance enforcement. Excellent presentation and communication skills. High organizational, planning, and decision‐making skills with stress tolerance.
