We are seeking 4 experienced Principal / Senior Business Consultants for onsite work in Singapore to start in early Q1 2025 for 2-year contracts.
The team requires consultants for all Service Lines (Accounting / Operations / Data & Communications / Investment).
Please only apply if you are permitted to work in Singapore and have the relevent SimCorp experience.
Requirements:
- Degree/master's within Finance, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science.
- Relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry.
- Experience and knowledge within financial technology software, preferably SimCorp Dimension.
- Proven ability to think conceptually and to deliver practical results.
- Self-motivation and determination to exceed expectations.
- Great sense of ownership, accountability and commitment to deliver quality business outcomes
- Great people and relationship-building skills across all levels of client stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-focused attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
- Desire to coach / lead less experienced consultants
Responsibilities:
- Lead with your financial services industry experience within your area of expertise
- Lead with your industry knowledge to define and deliver to client’s target operating models (future state)
- Lead in all aspects of SimCorp Dimension implementations, including design, configuration, integration, and test.
- Lead workshops to explore client requirements, working with clients and colleagues to help capture, define, and agree on functional and technical requirements.
- Set up prototypes to verify requirements.
- Document the proposed design in Analysis and Design documents.
- Consult with clients on global standard solutions within work stream, to ensure SimCorp Dimension adapted to client needs.
- Perform configuration hand-over to clients.
- Support the client with the testing of functionality.
- Document solutions implemented at the client and contribute to our global standard product offerings in SimCorp.
- Constantly expand your knowledge of SimCorp Dimension and Simcorp Services to ensure client’s outcomes are realized.
- You will be involved in solving complex problems, from a system-oriented point of view, and you should expect some travel activities in this region as we operate across APAC.
