About the Role / 关于职位 We are looking for a Gardener to support the setup and maintenance of our edible planting area. The role focuses on growing herbs, vegetables, fruits, and edible flowers, ensuring both healthy yield and visual appeal. This is a hands-on position that requires practical gardening skills rather than formal qualifications. 我们正在招聘一名园丁,负责可食用植物种植区的建设与维护。工作重点是种植香料、蔬菜、水果和可食用花卉,确保既有收成又具观赏性。此岗位注重实际操作技能,而非学历或证书要求 Key Responsibilities / 主要职责 Planting, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and harvesting edible plants (herbs, vegetables, fruits, and edible flowers). 种植、浇水、施肥、修剪及采收可食用植物(香料、蔬菜、水果和可食用花卉)。Maintaining the garden in good condition to ensure sustainable growth and continuous harvest. 保持种植区良好状态,确保植物可持续生长并持续收获。Monitoring plant health and taking timely action against pests or diseases. 观察植物健康情况,及时采取措施防治病虫害。Keeping the planting area neat, tidy, and safe. 保持种植区整洁有序并确保安全。Performing simple paperwork to record planting activities (e.g., seed germination, fertilizing, and harvest records). 完成简单的文书记录工作,如播种发芽、施肥及收获情况等。Qualifications and Requirements No formal education required. 无学历要求。Proven hands-on experience in gardening or planting, preferably with edible plants. 具备过往实战种植经验,有可食用植物种植经验。Able to perform simple paperwork to record planting activities. 能完成种植相关的简单文书记录工作。What We Offer At Gain City, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
