  • Adecco is partnering client, a famous Tech Giant
  • We are looking for a Technical Product Manager (Business Analyst)
  • They will be expected to conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover insights, support innovation, and improve technical performance.
  • The role will start out as a contract role
  • Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Job:

  • Define and refine technical product vision and roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to create and deliver clear technical requirements.
  • Conduct technical analyses to identify innovation opportunities and product optimizations.
  • Partner with UX/UI, TPMs, and technical stakeholders to support cohesive strategy execution.
  • Track KPIs, monitor product performance, and prepare stakeholder proposals.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover insights, support innovation, and improve technical performance.

The Talent:

  • Possesses more than 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, AI, machine learning, or data science, having worked on real-world AI products from development to deployment.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud platforms.
  • Ability to choose appropriate solutions (e.g., LLMs, RAG, automation) based on product needs.
  • Skilled in technical communication, documentation, and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset to identify inefficiencies and drive technical improvements.
  • Proficient in data handling, including writing SQL queries and performing data analysis; familiarity with Python is highly beneficial.
  • Highly motivated to transition into product management, demonstrating a clear user-centric approach.
