Key Responsibilities Monitoring Shopify's production systems: debugging, diagnosing, and understanding the technical details behind any problems, and working with owning teams to respond and repair problems. Enhancing observability and resiliency: maintain tools and dashboards that provide real‐time insights into system performance and ensure 24/7 commerce operations. Supporting global deployment and high‐scale customers: support our platform's global footprint, ensuring the success of our enterprise customers with high‐scale requirements.
