About the Role We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations in a premium confinement centre. The role ensures professional standards of maternal and newborn care while leading a team of nurses and maternity care assistants. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing and caregiving team to ensure consistent, high-quality postnatal care. Supervise, guide, and motivate the nursing and care staff to uphold professional standards and deliver excellent service. Establish and implement nursing care protocols, SOPs, infection control, and hygiene standards in line with SNB/MOH/HCSA requirements. Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions to ensure staff competency and morale. Coordinate staff rostering, shift assignments, and manpower planning to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency. Develop and conduct onboarding and training programs for new nurses and maternity care assistants. Promote a positive and collaborative work culture , ensuring effective communication between nurses, caregivers, management, and clients.
