Senior Manager/ Associate Director, Regional Account Development Full-time This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Account Development Senior Manager /Associate Director who has prior experience generating new revenue from existing clients. Taking direct accountability for at least 2 major global clients, the Account Development SM/AD combines an excellent knowledge of the FMCG industry and a deep understanding of NIQ products and services. You will be responsible for aligning key customer priorities and insights with NIQ’s capabilities, identifying and converting opportunities to deepen commercial relationships and drive additional revenue. You will develop and maintain effective relationships with individuals and teams both internally and with the clients, to provide best-in-class NIQ/client commercial partnerships. We are looking for someone ready to drive positive change, able to challenge wider business processes, and be fully driven by achieving success with the support of the wider industry team. You will need to engage at all levels and work successfully across a matrixed organization structure, fully leveraging the service model. Responsibilities Individual seller responsible for accelerating organic growth whilst delivering on revenue plans Own the commercial relationship with your clients, develop Joint Business Plans and a strong understanding of your clients’ business strategy, objectives and growth opportunities Devise a strategic approach with agile and flexible solutions that deliver value to our clients in a profitable way Deliver revenue plans by negotiating the renewal of contracts and continuous services with clients Identify sales opportunities for NIQ services and solutions to help the client achieve their strategic objectives Own and deliver on global contractual commitments with clients Build and maintain strong networking and C-suite engagement with key players in the clients’ business, and lead discussions with a wide range of decision influencers and budget owners Partner and develop effective relationships with Market Sales Leaders, Customer Success and relevant teams in the region to enable them to achieve their targets Represent and advocate for the NIQ brand through external events to unlock opportunities among clients Minimum Requirements Degree holder with minimum 6 years of total working experience, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the industries of Consumer-Packaged Goods, Consulting, Technology, Sales, Analytics or similar fields Deep understanding of Business, Financials, NIQ Products, SEA Markets. Experience working with complex client relationships and client issue resolution Prior experience in client-facing roles within NIQ a plus. Proven track record of delivering commercial targets and growing sales revenue year-on-year Demonstrated record of building client engagement Experience in scoping and developing proposals and negotiation strategies. Proficient in Microsoft Office software and Dynamics Effective at C-suite/senior level communications, influencing and presenting.
