Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as corporate meetings, conferences, product launches, and celebrations Work closely with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and budgets, ensuring each event exceeds expectations Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, caterers, decorators, and other event vendors Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising on quality Create detailed event timelines and ensure all milestones and deadlines are met Oversee event setup, manage logistics, and troubleshoot issues on the event day to ensure flawless execution Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and manage attendee registration or ticketing processes Conduct post-event assessments, including feedback collection and reporting, to continuously improve processes Why Join Us?
