Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties in the Payrolls Department: Key Responsibilities Prepares reports and supporting schedules for the Payroll Cost analysis. Generates grade report from BW for the reconciliation of the figures with SAP figures in preparation of the divisional report. Investigates and follows up on unreconciled/open items in the suspense accounts on a timely basis, ensuring items are cleared promptly by the departmental KPI. Processes and submits claims on time, ensuring prompt receipt and allocation from the Government. Maintains and monitors staff loans. Raises AP for Foreign Worker Levy (FWL), CPF submissions, etc. Performs quarterly reconciliation of staff loans and debts owed by ex-employees. Conducts random payroll accuracy checks to detect errors and ensure recovery actions. Provides backup for reporting and analysis of payroll costs and allowances. Supports the preparation of monthly, quarterly, half-year, and annual payroll cost analyses. Acts as IT administrator for the payroll department. Performs other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma in Accountancy. Knowledge of SAP FICO/Payroll systems is an advantage. Meticulous with attention to detail. Effective time management skills.
