Assistant Manager/Senior Executive Finance Payroll Accountant Reporting to Manager (Accounts Payable & Payroll), the Payroll Accountant plays a strategic and integral role in the Finance Division and will be responsible to drive improvement initiatives and ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness of payroll. He/she will support CFO and VP Finance (Financial Services) to improve efficiency in transactional operations and enhance the role of Finance as strategic Business Partners providing actionable business insights & performance measurement. Responsibilities Payroll related duties Manage the day-to-day operations of the payroll team Ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness for all payroll runs (regular/off-cycle runs) and CPF submissions Review/prepare journals for posting by Staff at month end Prepare monthly & quarterly payroll variance analysis report Review monthly reconciliation of all other payroll related accounts Review monthly recharge to holding company, subsidiaries and JVs Review transactions performed by team for increment, upgrading, promotion and contract renewal Prepare quarterly
