Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Specialist to provide consultancy services to government agencies and assist them in adopting agile principles and practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and experience in facilitating product development and team collaboration workshops.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing agile consultancy services to government agencies and assisting them in agile transformation.
  • Evaluating service providers' technical capability and agile maturity.
  • Working closely with service providers to ensure delivery of agile software services to government agencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile team facilitator role for software product development.
  • Scrum Master or Product Owner certification, Agile Coaching or professional coaching certification is an added advantage.
  • Working experience with major issue management tools such as the Atlassian suite of tools (Jira, Confluence), Slack or Kanbanise.
  • Working knowledge of Scrum, XP or Kanban.
