early career talent

recent graduates

Team Introduction
The
Central Product Team
powers the infrastructure, experience, and functionality behind Binance’s global product ecosystem. We focus on improving
user journeys , enhancing platform scalability, and supporting rapid innovation across Binance Pay and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Support product initiatives and
technical solution delivery
to address business challenges
Apply a
solution-oriented mindset
to define strategic product improvements and customer value propositions
Manage
campaign execution ,
production rollouts , and
process changes
for key initiatives
Translate operational needs into
technical requirements
and ensure risk protocols are followed
Conduct
market research
and fulfill information-gathering assignments to support product decisions
Who Can Apply
Current university students
or
recent graduates
Passionate about fintech, crypto, and global product innovation
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in
Economics ,
Business Management ,
Computer Science , or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent
presentation and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in
English and Mandarin
(required for coordinating with overseas partners)
Highly
organized , detail-oriented, and adept at
streamlining processes
Comfortable working in a
fast-paced, tech-driven
environment with a commitment to
high-quality output
