Binance Accelerator Program
is a fixed-term initiative designed for
early-career talent , including current university students and recent graduates. This immersive program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at Binance—the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem—while networking with global professionals and acquiring transferable skills in the Web3 industry.

Role Overview
As a
Backend Engineer (Java)
in the Binance Accelerator Program, you’ll work on cutting-edge, greenfield projects that power the core infrastructure of the Binance platform. You’ll collaborate across engineering, research, and trading teams, contributing to scalable backend systems and real-world trading products.
This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring backend developers eager to gain exposure to high-performance systems within the fast-paced blockchain and crypto environment.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the
full software development lifecycle , from requirement gathering and system design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
Write
high-quality, production-ready Java code
to support scalable and efficient systems.
Collaborate with research teams to improve
quantitative trading models
and algorithm performance.
Partner with trading and operations teams to develop new trading tools and optimize existing systems.
Enhance trading system infrastructure to support
large-scale orders and position management .
Troubleshoot performance issues, debug problems, and implement robust fixes.
Participate in
code reviews and design discussions
to ensure adherence to best practices.
Respond to production support needs and internal user requests.
Candidate Requirements
Who Can Apply:
Current university students or
recent graduates
in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with
Java
and backend development lifecycle.
Solid knowledge of
software architecture , RESTful APIs, multithreading, and event-driven design.
Familiarity with
enterprise integration patterns
and large-scale system development.
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience in
algorithmic trading systems
or work with trading desks, hedge funds, or financial services.
Academic background in
Mathematics, Algorithms, or Engineering .
