Audit and Compliance Role

This role focuses on ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, integrity, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform internal audits to identify control weaknesses and propose corrective action plans.
  • Monitor and report on audit findings to ensure timely remediation.
  • Conduct regular analysis on internal controls, entity-level risks, and compliance with SOX requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of all controls, procedures, and business processes.
  • Ensure quality management system compliance and certification in Singapore.
  • Provide support on compliance due diligence checks and annual reporting.
  • Proactively identify and analyze risks across the company's portfolio.
  • Lead HSE topics in Singapore, coordinating with the HSE team in Paris.
  • Coordinate stakeholder consultations and quality audits for annual bunkering license renewal.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related audit, internal control, or compliance roles.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Integrity, business acumen, and an international mindset.
  • Proficiency in SAP and GRC10 is a plus.
