**Job Title:** Geriatric Physiotherapist

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate physiotherapist to fill a key position in our team. As a geriatric physiotherapist, you will work with patients across various settings, including nursing homes, day rehabilitation centers, community hospitals, and home therapy services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a dynamic interprofessional collaborative environment. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized therapy programs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and identify patient needs, develop and implement individualized therapy programs
  • Monitor program effectiveness and make adjustments as needed
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

To succeed in this role, you must have a recognized degree in physiotherapy and be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore as a Full Registrant.
