Geriatric Physiotherapist


About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Geriatric Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our rehabilitation services, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of effective therapy programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for gerontology and a commitment to providing holistic care to seniors. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to assess clients' needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor progress.

As a Geriatric Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing and identifying individual client needs, formulating and implementing appropriate therapy programs, monitoring progress, and reviewing program effectiveness. You will also liaise with various disciplines involved in the rehabilitative treatment process and refer clients to specialists as needed.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams. You will be a team player, committed to delivering person-centered care and contributing to a positive work environment.


Requirements:
  • Recognized degree in physiotherapy
  • Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore as a Full Registrant
