Working Location: Kallang (near MRT)
Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm)
Salary Package:
Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Handle full set of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow reports.
Supervise all accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, project accounting, and inventory accounting.
Keep accurate financial records and validate data integrity.
Ensure all supporting documentation is accurately kept and recorded.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Responsible for GST submissions and other statutory filings.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures as needed.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Manage accounts for other regional offices.
Perform additional financial and accounting tasks as necessary.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in financial reporting.
Solid understanding of Singapore's accounting standards and regulations.
Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Preferably with experience in WIP/ Project Cost Accounting.
