Software Engineering Talent Partner | Building High-Impact Software Development Teams | Hiring Top Developers About the Role We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in Java and React to join a leading financial institution. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across backend and frontend development, strong multithreading experience, and hands‐on exposure to cloud environments. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders are essential. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable full‐stack applications using Java (backend) and React (frontend). Build high‐performance backend components with strong expertise in multithreading, concurrency, and optimization. Develop clean, reusable, and efficient code following modern architectural and coding best practices. Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and global engineering teams to deliver robust solutions. Implement and maintain applications deployed on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the full application stack. Participate in code reviews, provide technical direction, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience. Strong hands‐on experience in Java (Spring Boot preferred), with solid expertise in multithreading and concurrent system design. Strong front‐end development skills in React. Proven experience building enterprise‐scale full‐stack applications, ideally within banking or financial services. Hands‐on experience with cloud technologies (Azure preferred, but AWS or GCP also applicable). Good understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern application design patterns. Experience with CI/CD, Git, and container technologies is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
