Full Stack Engineer - Twine Join an exciting new digital venture as a technical partner, where you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling a product from the ground up. This opportunity is ideal for a driven full stack engineer with a passion for startups, innovation, and rapid product development. The role offers flexibility as either a co‐founder with shared ownership or as a key hire with a competitive salary and vesting shares. You will collaborate closely with the founding team to create and iterate on an MVP, contributing to both the technical vision and execution. The position is based in Singapore, with a hybrid work environment and occasional on‐site meetings or travel as needed. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end development of the MVP, from architecture to deployment Collaborate with the founding team to define product requirements and technical strategy Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new features based on user feedback Ensure code quality, scalability, and security across the stack Integrate third‐party APIs and services as required Set up and manage cloud infrastructure and DevOps pipelines Participate in strategic decision‐making and contribute to the company's growth roadmap Support and mentor junior developers as the team expands Skills & Requirements Proven experience as a full stack engineer, with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies Proficiency in modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java)Strong understanding of database design, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and DevOps practices Demonstrated ability to build and launch MVPs in a startup or fast‐paced environment Excellent problem‐solving skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Singapore, with flexibility for occasional on‐site meetings or travel Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies About Twine Twine is a leading freelance marketplace connecting top freelancers, consultants, and contractors with companies needing creative and tech expertise.
