Job Description We are looking for motivated L1/L2 support professionals with a foundational understanding of system integration, security, and scripting. Candidates who have some background in the relevant technologies and are open to training will be considered. This role offers opportunities for growth through on-the-job training in system troubleshooting, integration, and security. Key Responsibilities Assist in troubleshooting firewall and security-related issues to ensure secure system operations. Support system integration tasks across technologies such as JBoss, MariaDB, Hive, and HBase via JDBC, learning to ensure data flow and compatibility. Develop basic shell scripts for service management tasks like starting, stopping, and restarting services under guidance. Assist in root cause analysis for execution failures, including issues like incorrect credentials, permissions, firewall blocks, mismatched integrations, version incompatibilities, and directory misconfigurations. Collaborate with senior team members to learn best practices and optimize system performance. Requirements Basic understanding or interest in firewall security, system integration, and scripting. Exposure to or familiarity with JBoss, MariaDB, Hive, HBase, or related technologies (training provided if needed). Willingness to learn shell scripting for automation and service management. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow guidance from senior engineers. Preferred Qualifications Some experience with network security protocols and firewall configuration is a plus. Interest or familiarity with database and Big Data technologies. Prior support experience in enterprise environments is advantageous, but not mandatory. Eagerness to develop technical skills through training and hands-on experience.
