Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred (especially with finance or operations focus).
Professional Experience
  • 10+ years in procurement or supply chain roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record in cost control (OPEX + BOM), supply chain optimization, and supplier negotiations, ideally with China suppliers or global CM partners.
  • Experience working in hardware manufacturing environments with ad-hoc, ECN-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success in turning around underperforming procurement teams, with measurable cost and performance improvements.
  • Exposure to private equity-owned businesses or high-growth scaleups undergoing internal control implementation (e.g., division of authority, maker-checker, ERP workflows).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics tools for procurement and inventory management.
