Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate AI specialist to work on AI-RAN systems, with a strong background in artificial intelligence and data training. This role involves the development, optimization, and application of AI technologies within Radio Access Networks (RAN), contributing to the advancement of 5G and future networks.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to learn quickly, and a drive to innovate in a fast-evolving field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Development & Optimization: Contribute to the design, development, and optimization of AI-RAN systems to improve the performance of wireless access networks.
  • AI Model Integration: Lead the system-level integration of AI-RAN solutions across L1/L2/L3 base station components, ensuring seamless interoperability between hardware, firmware, and software modules.

Continuous Learning: Continuously track new technologies and tools, and assess their applicability in optimizing integration and validation processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to define technical requirements and validation criteria based on market needs and customer expectations.

System Validation: Conduct comprehensive system validation using Signal Generators (SG) and Spectrum Analyzers (SA) to validate the performance, spectrum compliance, and signal quality of the AI-RAN system, ensuring that the system meets required standards for 5G/AI-based deployments.

Data Analysis: Apply machine learning, deep learning (including CNN, RNN, LSTM, etc.) to optimize network performance.

Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with wireless communication engineers and R&D teams to ensure the successful deployment and delivery of AI-RAN systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of AI principles, machine learning, and deep learning technologies.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in AI.
  • Prior experience in AI-RAN systems is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++ for developing and maintaining AI platform features.
  • Experience with machine learning and deep learning algorithms, and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
  • Practical experience with data analysis, training, and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Git, etc.
  • Knowledge of at least one architecture and experience in high-performance computing (e.g., GPU, X86, ARM).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong desire for continuous learning and self-improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Problem-solving ability and the capacity to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of advanced AI fields such as multimodal AI, AIGC, and LLM, familiarity with RAG and Agent modes, and experience with tools like Langchain, LlamaIndex, and SemanticKernel is a plus.
