A Senior Artificial Intelligence Developer position is available for an individual with a strong background in Python programming and experience working with machine learning frameworks.

Job Description

This role involves the design and development of AI-powered solutions, including customer service bots, workflow automation, and decision-support systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and the ability to implement reasoning, planning, memory, and tool-use capabilities in agents.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for integrating large language models (LLMs) with APIs, databases, and internal systems, as well as optimizing performance, latency, and reliability. Additionally, they will need to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, document systems and AI workflows, and train internal teams to adopt AI tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in Python programming
  • Familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, or scikit-learn
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI stack, including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, and Azure Machine Learning
  • Experience with REST APIs and system integration
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
