Lead Technology Recruitment Specialist (270 degree)

As a part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our client facing IT recruitment & tech talent services team within our Technology Talent Management Services division.
Role expectations
This is an on-site Singapore-based individual contribution role that will own the Technology Recruitment/IT talent search for projects within new/existing named client accounts of the incumbent. Primarily, it is a 270 degree role with the focus on technology talent acquisition services to meet our clients' project requirements.
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment strategies.
Negotiate terms of business and manage client accounts to achieve mutual success.
Candidate Management
Source, attract, and assess technology professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial contact to successful onboarding.
Recruitment Delivery
Collaborate with clients and internal recruitment consultants (in India and SG) as required.
Manage the recruitment process, including shortlisting, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
Ensure timely and effective communication between clients and candidates.
Market Knowledge and Reporting
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices.
Provide daily reports & market intelligence to internal stakeholders and updates on recruitment progress to clients.

Incumbent must have at least 5 years of total experience in full life cycle talent acquisition/recruitment of active and passive IT professionals and in client
