The main challenge for this position is the person should have good expertise on the quality development and product knowledge and strong quality mindset to ensure product fully compliance with our quality requirement in development stage. **Core Responsibilities**Take ownership of learning & developing profession by proactively and continuously improve area of responsibility, seeks improvement in daily work, transform functional knowledge & experience into tangible results Role authority: Approve/Reject development testing methodology. Escalate quality risk in development to management team. Approve/Reject novelty PP quality to move to mass production. Declare Critical equipment performance result to decide if Critical equipment can be used in mass productionProven working experience in quality development or design engineering in plastic/ injection moulding industry with relevant education background is preferredExpertise on plastic material, molding or related process is preferred and experience on toy industry would be an advantage and good at international toy safety standard, ASTM, EN71, ISO 8124, etcKnowledge in application of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, and MSA is necessarily requested Supplier quality development and management experience in **Thailand** is preferred Project management skills, good oral and written communications skills Fluent in reading/writing/speaking in English, and preferred for Mandarin for stakeholder management purpose.Children are our role models.
