About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children aged 2-6 years old. As a Preschool Teacher, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.
- Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform instruction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Registration with the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) is mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with parents and colleagues.
- The capacity to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
