Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Preschool Teacher. This is an excellent opportunity for those who want to work with young children and contribute to their cognitive, emotional, and social development.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that encourages children to explore, discover, and learn. You will also develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.

A key aspect of this role is building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to ensure effective collaboration and coordination within the team.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Pre-school Education Teaching (DPT) / Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (DECCE) or Early Childhood related studies
  • GCE 'O' Level credit with at least a B4 in Tamil language (in order to liaise with Tamil speaking associates)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player with passion in equipping and inspiring young lives
