Lead the design and development of advanced analytics models to address complex business challenges, utilizing statistical, machine learning, and AI techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and outliers, enabling preemptive actions and alerts.
Continuously identify opportunities for revenue growth, productivity enhancements, efficiency improvements, and quality optimization.
Drive the deployment of predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop scalable algorithms and data processing solutions to handle large, diverse datasets, including both structured and unstructured data.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior data scientists, fostering team development and excellence.
Communicate findings and actionable recommendations through compelling visualizations and presentations tailored for non-technical stakeholders.
Stay abreast of advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, integrating innovative methodologies into existing frameworks.
Job Requirements
Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; a PhD is highly advantageous.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics roles, with a proven track record in AI initiatives.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with SQL expertise for database querying. Familiarity with Scala, Java, or C++ is a plus.
Strong expertise in applied statistics (e.g., statistical tests, regression analysis, and distributions) and machine learning methods (e.g., Naive Bayes, SVM, Random Forest).
Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and statistical analysis tools.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical findings into impactful presentations for business stakeholders and executives.
Demonstrated leadership in project management and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive is a strong plus.
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying data science solutions is desirable.
