Overview Electrical Project Execution Engineer – Power Solutions. Work Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Onsite – Singapore (West). Experience Required: 4–6 Years (Project Execution – Diesel Engines & Power Generation). Compensation: SGD 85,000 – 115,000 (Base). Industry/Domain: Power Generation / Energy / Electrical Engineering Projects. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of Diesel Rotary Uninterruptible Power Supply (DRUPS) systems and power generation projects across Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. Manage project execution with scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and coordination with consultants, clients, and authorities. Provide technical guidance to stakeholders and drive innovative solutions while ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery. Handle multiple projects simultaneously, drive process improvements, and ensure accountability. Minimum Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. At least 5 years of experience in Diesel Engines and Power Generation (preferably project execution). Strong knowledge of project management principles (scope, goals, deliverables, contracts). Proven expertise in budget management, negotiations, risk assessment, and change management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Valid Work Visa for Singapore. Preferred Skills & Attributes Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Independent, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
