ProBio’s total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing. Responsibilities Operation of experimental technology: follow SOP of PCR, glue recovery, etc. and complete the delivery of PCR products Follow the sequencing sheet or MES system and the previous handover, sort out and summarize the schemes that need to be done on the day, and record the carriers and PCR products that need to be prepared for their posts Linearization of vectors and fragments: according to standard procedures, linearize the required vectors and fragments with specific enzymes at specific temperatures and buffers Connection and transformation: according to the experimental scheme, the products delivered by PCR and the products prepared by employees should be matched with the linearized vector. After that, splice into a ring through a specific connection method, and then introduce into specific competent cells through heat shock.
