BIM Implementation and Infrastructure Design

As a seasoned professional in Building Information Modelling (BIM) implementation and infrastructure design, you will play a pivotal role in driving our projects forward. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our designs meet the highest standards of accuracy and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM implementation, with experience in managing complex infrastructure projects. You should be proficient in Revit MEP and have a good understanding of Synchro or Fuzor. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, management, and external vendors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing BIM implementation, Standards, Modelling workflow & methodologies to meet project deliverable requirements.
  • Liaising with Project Managers on BIM implementation based on Project needs and requirements.
  • Ensuring models/drawings accuracy based on BIM standards/requirements.
  • Handling Design Development, contract documentation, Authority submissions, pre-consultation, site meetings and project meetings.
  • Preparing authorities' submission drawings, forms, and documents. Ensuring accuracy and completeness of work assignments when adhering to deadlines.
  • Overseeing and interfacing with the design team and information managers for information coordination.
  • Monitoring and ensuring drawing submission schedule is achieved.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field with at least 10 years relevant experience in infrastructure design and BIM implementation or related field.
  • Must be proficient in Revit MEP.
  • Knowledge of Synchro or Fuzor will be an advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin for effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal teams, management and external vendors will be an added advantage.
