Responsibilities:
Proactively share, understand, and know customers' banking needs and refer customers to adopt alternate banking channels (e.g., ATMs, Video Teller Machines, DigiBank) where suitable, for enhanced customer experience and journey.
Be familiar with and proactively keep up to date with the latest banking products, processes, and services to suggest alternate banking solutions for customers where fitting.
Assist in customers’ general inquiries and ensure service delivery standards at all times, including attending service huddles with the branch team.
