About the Job

The Training Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating training sessions and learning journeys. This involves working with leaders to identify development needs, managing schedules, venues (virtual/physical), and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple training programs simultaneously
  • High attention to detail to ensure training materials are accurate and effective
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This role requires strong organisational and time-management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
